What can I expect during the 3 month plan

When you make the decision to Say Hello to Wellness, and sign up for the 3 Month program, you will receive a sets of intake forms to fill out via my secure online platform ‘Practice Better’.  These forms must be filled out 7 days prior to our initial consultation. You will be prompted to set up an account with Practice Better in order to take full advantage of the program and everything Hello Wellness has to offer. After our initial consultation you will receive a detailed, in depth nutrition plan with protocols, recommendations and recipes, completely unique to you and your individual needs and preferences.

Each week you will receive a follow-up form to help track your wins, challenges, accomplishments and goals to keep you on track! These weekly follow-up’s will be scheduled and appear as online meetings with a requested time and day to have the forms completed. Once received, your weekly plan will be updated by the next business day. In completing the form by the designated time, it allows me to provide your updated plan in a timely manner, but If this deadline is missed, there may be a delay in receiving your updated plan.

4 weeks into your plan, you will be reminded to book your monthly follow-up, and will receive a detailed form to monitor your progress, which must be filled out 3 days prior to our monthly follow-up consultation. You will receive a second monthly nutrition plan.

8 weeks into your plan, you will be reminded to book your monthly follow-up, and will receive a detailed form to monitor your progress, which must be filled out 3 days prior to our monthly follow-up consultation. You will receive a third monthly nutrition plan, and you will continue receiving weekly follow-up support.

12 weeks into your plan, once you have completed this program, you will receive your last set of forms to help showcase how far you’ve come since we first began!

At Hello Wellness we completely understand that life happens! If you are going on vacation, that’s okay! I can offer tons of recommendations to help you on track while you’re away. We can also put your program on hold, however for optimal results, that is not recommended.

The designations of RHN, CHN and CHNC are all designations obtained by graduating from the Natural Nutrition Program at The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Each Canadian province has it’s own set of rules and regulations, thus these different designations are dependant on the province.

(Example: In British Columbia graduates from CSNN can be referred to as Registered Holistic Nutritionists, in Alberta, graduates from CSNN are referred to as Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultants.)

What is the difference between a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CHN) and a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant (CHNC)?
